What to expect

Parking:

Please park your vehicle on the north side of the dealership. Please do not park under the canopy.

24 Hour Kiosk:

Our 24-hour contactless self-check-in/check-out kiosk is located just inside the service doors.

The kiosk can check you in, adjust your appointment details, update your contact information and is equipped with a debit/credit machine to cash you out. 

Hours:

Our Service Advisors are available to check you in, as well help with any concerns from 8 am -5 pm Monday- Friday.

Once check-in of your vehicle is complete, we will contact you according to your preferred method of contact with any updates, or further questions if more information is required.

COVID Protocols:

For your safety, vehicle seat, gear shift and steering wheel covers are used inside you vehicle. All touch points are wiped down, including your door handles and your keys before they are returned.  All staff members are required to wear face masks and gloves when inside of a customers vehicle. 

Pick up:

Once all work has been completed and payment has been received your vehicle will be returned to the same parking area for pick up.  Keys can be left with your advisor or left in the 24 hours kiosk, whatever you prefer.

Shuttle:

Due to Government restrictions we have suspended our shuttle service until further notice. 

Delivery:

Our complementary vehicle pick-up and delivery will still be available within a 25km radius of the dealership.  If you did not select this option during your booking and would like to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service, please contact us at 905-852-3350 or service@williamsonchrysler.com.
